Complaints
Aurellan Asset Management Limited is a member of the IFSO Scheme, an independent external dispute resolution scheme for financial service providers in New Zealand.
We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve any concerns fairly, promptly and transparently. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we are unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer your complaint to the IFSO Scheme.
